KMatrix-SW is an ITSQF framework competency diagnostic platform designed specifically for incumbents in corporate software roles. It is structured to allow diagnostics by job and level, aligned with the ITSQF job classification suitable for the software sector and following the National Competency Standards (NCS) assessment criteria for each competency unit.

The platform is prepared with diagnostic matrices for 18 roles, including project managers, planners, consultants, designers, front-end/back-end developers, architects, QA, etc., covering a total of 42 levels, enabling objective comparative evaluation of an incumbent's competencies based on the assessment results of the same job levels.
