K-Coding organized the 2024 SW High-Growth Networking Meetup Day, bringing together pre-high-growth and high-growth companies, large enterprises, operational agencies, and graduated companies from the SW High-Growth Club. Through various meet-up programs, participants explored business expansion opportunities, new business development, and partner discovery. This initiative fostered strategic networking between startups and corporations, creating synergies and supporting sustainable growth in the industry.

K-Coding organized the SW Career Academy for University Students, designed to enhance practical skills for real-world applications. The program featured an AI-focused curriculum, covering full utilization of ChatGPT, essential corporate collaboration tools, Introduction to Python, big data analysis using Excel, IT service planning, and PM job coaching study. This initiative equipped students with up-to-date IT expertise and professional competencies, preparing them for careers in the tech industry.

K-Coding hosted a business meeting between VinGroup and Korean startups to explore collaboration opportunities for ASEAN market expansion. The meeting focused on analyzing Vietnam’s local business landscape and identifying VinGroup’s internal resource needs, while discovering key collaboration points with Korean startups. This initiative aimed to create tangible business opportunities and support Korean startups in establishing a strong presence in the ASEAN market.

K-Coding provided internal education curriculum development consulting for T and other IT companies. By establishing an education system based on the IT Sectoral Qualifications Framework (ITSQF), we restructured job frameworks and developed a systematic training roadmap. Additionally, we conducted SW job analysis, created job descriptions, and implemented competency assessments to deliver customized training solutions, supporting talent development and skill enhancement tailored to each company's needs.

K-Coding organized the SW Career Academy for University Students, offering an AI-focused curriculum designed to enhance practical skills. The program covered coding test preparation, digital marketing from theory to practice, big data analysis using Excel, comprehensive big data visualization with Tableau, and introduction to prompt engineering. This initiative enabled students to acquire essential skills demanded in the IT industry, equipping them with the expertise needed to excel in SW and IT-related careers.

K-Coding, in collaboration with Kakao Mobility, hosted a Startup Networking Program to facilitate business collaboration with high-growth startups. The event featured startups specializing in digital payments, gamification, driver assistance solutions, energy sector, and fulfillment, fostering discussions on potential partnerships. This initiative strengthened strategic ties between startups and large enterprises, paving the way for meaningful business cooperation.

We hosted an investment round targeting startups in the Seed to Serise-A stages. With a diverse range of startups from various fields in attendance, we facilitated 20 follow-up meetings.

K-Coding, in collaboration with Shinhan Venture Investment, hosted a Startup Networking Program to foster business collaboration with high-growth startups. The event brought together startups specializing in SaaS solutions, IP content, AI-based demand forecasting, and mobility, providing a platform for meaningful partnerships. This initiative strengthened connections between startups and investors, laying the groundwork for practical business cooperation.

K-Coding facilitated the Business Collaboration MOU Signing between Korean and ASEAN startups. This agreement established business partnerships with companies from Laos, Cambodia, Japan, and other regions, expanding collaboration in digital platforms, Agri-Tech, and commerce. Through this initiative, we strengthened global startup networks and laid the foundation for sustainable business models.

K-Coding provided operational support for the Korea-ASEAN Startup Networking event, facilitating SW High-Growth Club participants in creating new global business opportunities and achieving export success. The event fostered discussions on PoC (Proof of Concept) collaboration between ASEAN startups and SW high-growth companies for Southeast Asian market expansion, laying the groundwork for meaningful global partnerships.

K-Coding organized a Private Business Meeting to foster meaningful collaborations between startups and large enterprises. Key companies, including Cl and In, participated in the discussions, exploring strategic partnerships and potential business collaborations with startups. This exclusive meeting provided a valuable platform for sharing innovative technologies and business models while identifying tailored cooperation opportunities.

K-Coding hosted the Startup Investment Round Seminar, providing strategic insights for startups aiming to expand globally. The seminar featured key sessions such as 'Success or Failure: Surviving in Vietnam’s Business Landscape', 'The Secret of 10X Global Marketing', 'Strategies for Global Startup Expansion', and 'Maximizing Startup Success at International Exhibitions'. Startup founders actively participated in discussions, engaging with mentors during Q&A sessions to gain practical advice for navigating the global market.

A total of nine high-growth startups participated in the program, exploring ways to integrate KT's digital innovation capabilities with the startups' cutting-edge technologies. This initiative broadened collaboration possibilities between startups and large corporations, fostering sustainable partnerships.

K-Coding supported the participation of over 30 Korean companies in the 2024 Korea-ASEAN Digital Business Partnership held in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The event brought together around 300 buyers, speakers, and global business representatives, including Vietnamese companies, buyers, and investors seeking collaboration with Korean enterprises. Through global business meetings, IT forums, and seminars, we provided practical networking and collaboration opportunities for Korean companies aiming to enter the Vietnamese and ASEAN markets.

K-Coding supported the participation of over 30 Korean companies in the 2024 Korea-ASEAN Digital Business Partnership held in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event brought together around 300 buyers, speakers, and global business representatives, including Vietnamese companies, buyers, and investors seeking collaboration with Korean enterprises. Through global business meetings, IT forums, and seminars, we actively facilitated networking opportunities and helped Korean companies expand into the ASEAN market.

This test aimed to evaluate the competencies of global IT talents, selecting outstanding individuals to expand their career opportunities in Korea and the global IT industry. Through this initiative, we strive to establish a foundation for Cambodian professionals to connect with Korean enterprises.

K-Coding conducted a coding test for students at the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP) to assess and identify global IT talent. This test evaluated practical problem-solving skills and served as a crucial step in connecting outstanding candidates with global companies. Through this initiative, we aim to contribute to the growth of Cambodia’s IT industry and support the development of internationally competitive developers.

K-Coding hosted a global startup networking event, facilitating business collaboration and networking between Korean companies and Cambodian startups. This event provided business meetings and partnership opportunities for companies seeking to enter the Cambodian market while fostering connections with local startups to explore expansion into Southeast Asia. Additionally, a startup exhibition was held to maximize practical collaboration opportunities with Cambodian enterprises.

We conducted Corporate Value Plus Education - ChatGPT for corporate employees. During the training, we covered various applications of generative AI and were delighted to witness the tremendous interest and enthusiasm from all participants.

We have developed the curriculum and content for the Chung-Ang University Job Academy, designed for students of Chung-Ang University and residents of Dongjak District.

In 2023, we operated a performance report meeting for the high-growth software club, including the award ceremony for outstanding companies, sharing this year's business outcomes, and guiding the business plan for the following year.

We hosted an investment round targeting Series A and above. Seven companies participated, and we were pleased to have eight venture capitalists in attendance.

We conducted a networking program where large corporations in need of open innovation and startups came together for free discussions aimed at various exchanges and collaborations. In this program, Kakao Mobility, which operates a mobility platform, focused on themes central to collaboration related to mobility platforms, resulting in significant participation from relevant startups.

We conducted the curriculum and content development and educational operations for the Software Job Academy aimed at college students. This training was centered around fundamental education necessary for IT roles and related fields, focusing on essential Fourth Industrial Revolution skills such as cloud computing, collaborative programs, Python programming, and utilizing ChatGPT.

We conducted a coding proficiency algorithm test for candidates who are scheduled to be hired and are currently receiving software development training at an educational institution.

We hosted an investment round targeting startups in the Seed to Pre-A stages. With a diverse range of startups from various fields in attendance, we facilitated 10 follow-up meetings.

We organized a Networking Meet-up Day where startup professionals from the year 2023 gathered to network with global expansion experts and business management professionals.

We participated in GITEX Global 2023 in Dubai, where we conducted meetings with startups accompanied by our local Middle Eastern experts, who are our global partners at K-Coding.

We hosted an IR forum and networking event, accompanied by open discussions and conversations, during a brunch-back meeting. Five startups presented their pitches, followed by networking sessions where venture capitalists and startup representatives convened for fruitful discussions.

We conducted a networking program where large corporations in need of open innovation and startups met to engage in free discussions for various exchanges and collaborations. In this program, Google, which operates a cloud platform, focused on themes central to collaboration related to Open Data Platform and 3rd Party. This led to significant participation from related startups.
