K-Coding provided internal education curriculum development consulting for T and other IT companies. By establishing an education system based on the IT Sectoral Qualifications Framework (ITSQF), we restructured job frameworks and developed a systematic training roadmap. Additionally, we conducted SW job analysis, created job descriptions, and implemented competency assessments to deliver customized training solutions, supporting talent development and skill enhancement tailored to each company's needs.
